  Concept Mapping - this video helps you to start writing by organizing your resource into categories. Discusses how to map out key ideas and associated topics.

You can use the traditional pencil-paper technique or use mind mapping software. If you do not own this type of software you might want to try out Webspiration, an online version of mind mapping similar to Kidspiration & Inspiration visual thinking software.
