My name is Amanda Tucker and I grew up in Stafford, Virginia. I graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2006 with a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education. After graduation, I decided to return to Stafford to begin my teaching career. I currently teach third grade.

This is my first semester at the University of Mary Washington. I am pursuing a Masters of Education in Instructional Technology Leadership with the hopes of one day becoming a Technology Resource Teacher. This ePortfolio represents all of my work in ITEC 501. It provides evidence of how I met both national and state technology standards. The Technology page of this site displays each of the skills I acquired throughout this course with examples of how I integrated those skills into the third grade curriculum. Also included in this site is my personal philosophy, information about standards, as well as valuable classroom resources for teachers, students, and parents.
